Porsches on the Plaza - July 6, 2014

On a beautiful Sunday morning, 47 exquisite Porsches arrived in Sonoma where they were arranged for public viewing on the Plaza Square. The event, though free to the public, was a fundraiser for our charity: CASA - Court Appointed Special Advocates (click CASA). Each car owner donated an entry fee earmarked for the charity. At the end of the day we had collected $940. When augmented by the PCA charity subsidy the total came to $1,390.

The vintages, model varieties and colors of the cars displayed are best seen in photographs, a sampling of which makes up the rest of this article. Spectator attendance by the general public was excellent; also many PCA members who did not display their cars came to look and socialize. Following the event there was a party for Redwood members at Deven Wailes' Sonoma home.
